About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Recruiting Coordinator to support a team of three recruiters in a fast-paced environment. This is a temporary position (approximately six months) with the potential to become permanent based on hiring volume. The ideal candidate is eager to grow within recruiting and can effectively manage multiple priorities while working with different communication styles.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage multiple recruiter calendars, ensuring smooth interview processes.
• Support an average recruiter workload of 20 open requisitions across various departments.
• Work with hiring managers who have different operational styles and communication preferences.
• Utilize the Greenhouse ATS for scheduling and coordination (experience preferred but not required).
• Assist in updating and streamlining email and job templates within Greenhouse.

Qualifications

• Open to entry-level HR candidates with at least one year of experience looking to grow into recruiting.
• Also open to mid-level candidates or those with 10+ years of experience in recruiting coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Previous experience with an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is required; Greenhouse experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and adaptability to work with different teams and hiring styles.
