Our client, a national consulting firm with an office in Washington, DC, is looking for an HRBP to build out their growing team!
About the Job:
- Provide strategic insights to leadership in support of organizational effectiveness, team dynamics, and change management
- Serve as a resource on employee relations, performance management, and engagement.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects that increase engagement and enhance the employee experience.
- Support additional projects and iniatives as needed.
About You:
- 3+ years of experience in providing strategic HR insights is required.
- A bachelors degree is required for this role.
- Strong verbal and written communications with attention to detail.
- Proactive team player with a passion for building and maintaining relationships.
Compensation and benefits:
- $85K-$95K, depending on experience.
- Bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package!
- Hybrid schedule of 2-3 days/week in the office.
