Our client, a leading online financial product and bitcoin platform is seeking a Temp to Perm Receptionist. The candidate will work alongside another Receptionist at the front desk and will take pride in creating a welcoming and positive first impression for visitors and employees entering the office. Candidates must also have the ability to keep up in the fast-paced setting where things are constantly changing, while maintaining a calm, pleasant demeanor . Hours are from 9am to 6pm daily and is in-office 5 days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Handle guest list with the building and greet guests, guiding them to conference rooms
- Assist with meeting room set up
- Order catering, collaborate with IT on tech setup and maintenance
- Manage a very busy ever-changing conference room calendar
- Print and organize materials for meetings
- Assist in any ad hoc projects that focus on creating and fostering a positive employee and guest experience
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 3+ years of corporate reception experience
- Proactive and strong communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Extremely professional and adaptable
Compensation:
- 85-90K base salary DOE plus discretionary bonus
- Medical with 3 plan options covered by the firm (employees pay a premium of $1/month)
