Our client, a prominent organization located near Conshohocken, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support their Chief Operations Officer. This contract to hire opportunity is ideal for a poised executive support professional with adaptable communications, calendaring, and organizational skills.

About the Role:

  • Handle traditional EA tasks: calendar management, expense reporting, meeting minutes from committee and board meetings, and internal event planning.
  • Attend monthly board and committee meetings, taking and distributing meeting minutes.
  • Visibly serve as an extension of the COO, interfacing with the board, key stakeholders, community, and media.
  • Maintain the utmost discretion when corresponding with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Own the function of expense reporting and invoicing utilizing the Jonas system.
  • Assist the COO with written correspondence, maintaining a high level of professionalism over the phone, via email, and in-person.

About You:

  • 5+ years directly supporting an executive with calendar management, stakeholder communication, and board experience.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
  • Experience sitting in on board meetings.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

This contract to hire Executive Assistant opportunity offers $41.00 per hour, or up to $90,000 annually. This position is fully onsite M-F from 9-5, with required flexibility for meetings earlier in the morning and later through the evening, with advanced notice provided.
