Our client is a boutique real estate development firm seeking an Assistant Property Manager for their prominent downtown property. This person will report to the General Manager and key responsibilities include:
The Role:
- Lead Property Management and Maintenance teams to prioritize customer satisfaction
- Manage customer relationships and addressing real estate needs
- Coordinate property tours and overseeing event programming
- Support amenity engagement and corporate objectives
- Develop team members and setting career advancement goals
- Develop annual budgets and capital plans
- Handle financial reporting and investor communications
- Manage third-party contractors and oversee maintenance projects
- Supervise building projects and assist Property Management as needed
You:
- 3+ years of experience in real estate management, commercial preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience handling annual budgets, financial proficiency, and familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Critical competencies include leadership experience, initiative, strong communication and organizational skills
- A passion for creating exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment
