Our client, a growing organization, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead their HR team and oversee key functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, benefits, and workforce development. This full-time, onsite role offers the opportunity to drive strategic HR initiatives while fostering a positive and engaged workplace culture.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required
• 3+ years of human resources experience in a professional setting
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, benefits administration, and HR best practices
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
• Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills
• Experience with Paylocity is highly preferred

The Job:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment, from talent acquisition to selection
• Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely payments
• Administer 401(k) plans, including compliance testing and employer contributions
• Develop and implement HR policies, including Employee Handbook updates
• Deliver employee and leadership training programs
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and coordinate updates with insurance providers (e.g., OSHA, Lead-Based Paint)
• Manage workers' compensation claims and assist with annual audit reporting
• Handle employee relations, including terminations, dispute resolution, and disciplinary actions
• Partner with legal counsel on discrimination complaints and workplace investigations
• Maintain accurate HR records, generate reports, and track key workforce metrics
