Our client, a private equity firm in Bethesda, MD, is hiring for a direct-hire Executive Assistant to support multiple memberrs of their executive team!
Responsibilities:
- Manage scheduling, calendars, and meeting logistics.
- Effectively handle logistics for domestic/international travel.
- Prepare correspondence, maintain files, and prepare expense reports through Concur Software.
- Act as the point of contact for the assigned team; provide telephone support.
- Provide additional administrative support and complete tasks/special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree is required for this position.
- 1+ years of administrative, office, or strong internship experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent oral/written communication, with strong organizational and time management, and the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work 5x/week on-site in the Bethesda, MD office.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range of $60K-$65K with an annual bonus.
