A growing technology company in the Gwinnett area is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support its dynamic team. This role is ideal for a hands-on HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with the VP of HR on core human resources functions.

• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, including building relationships with external recruiters and developing university pipelines.

• Serve as backup to payroll and benefits when the primary payroll contact is unavailable.

• Create and refine recruiting processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.

• Collaborate on employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3+ years of HR experience, ideally in a high-growth or tech environment.

• Experience in talent acquisition and HR operations.

• A proactive, "worker bee" mindset-ready to roll up your sleeves and get things done.

• Someone who brings depth to the team, not focused on learning & development but on operational excellence.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence across all levels.
