Our client, a leading consulting firm, is seeking an Experienced Hire Recruiter to support high-level hiring for Partner and Principal roles across industry and service practices. This is a dynamic and highly visible position within a collaborative recruiting team, with opportunities to contribute to broader hiring initiatives including campus and internal recruitment.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies
• Manage the full recruitment cycle for executive-level consulting hires
• Provide mentorship and direction to junior recruiting team members
• Contribute to inclusion-focused hiring goals and strategic recruiting projects
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external search partners
• Play an active role in offer development, negotiation, and closing
• Represent the firm's brand and values through consistent engagement and firm-building activities

Qualifications

• 6+ years of recruiting experience, including executive-level or professional services hiring
• Proven relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders and external candidates
• A proactive, adaptable approach to managing competing priorities
• Experience sourcing through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and virtual interview platforms
• Bachelor's degree required
• Willingness to be onsite in the Chicago office at least once per week
