Top global private equity firm is seeking a Part-Time Long-Term Temporary Receptionist to work at their main office in NYC. Seeking a proactive, organized and flexible individual with a team player mentality. The ideal candidate will come with a reception/hospitality background geared towards providing employees and guests with a positive guest experience. Day to day you will answer phones, greet visitors, manage conference rooms, offer beverages, and other ad hoc projects as needed. The ideal candidate will come out of hospitality and have a can-do attitude. Hours are 7:30am - 4:30pm with flexibility and is on site 4 days/week Monday thru Thursday. This person does not typically work Fridays but should have flexibility to go in as needed. Lunch is provided daily. Hourly rate is up to $33.50/hr depending on experience.
