About the Position:
* Develop strategic partnerships to increase growth and engagement.
* Promote and sell services, memberships, etc., to both new and prospective customers.
* Manage communications such as mailings, emails, and newsletters.
* Ensure website is content is updated and develop monthly reports.
* Support membership of the society through additional tasks as required.

About You:
* A bachelor's degree is required.
* 5+ years of relevant experience in membership engagement and direct marketing campaigns.
* Skilled in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders and key players.
* Strong customer service mindset with an ability to work independently.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required and experience with online CSM is preferred.

Position Information:
* $35/hr-$40/hr, while temporary.
* $75K-$85K, when permanent.
* Hybrid onsite for 2 days/week.
* Metro accessible office in Washington, DC.
* Approximately 10% travel annually.
