Our client, a pioneer insurance firm, is seeking a Service Team Representative to provide high-level administrative support to their Digital Account Management Team. This behind-the-scenes role is critical to ensuring seamless client service, data accuracy, and timely document processing-perfect for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in a structured, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Upload and process insurance documents (policies, renewals, endorsements, etc.)
• Handle daily downloads and reporting from carrier systems
• Manage incoming physical mail and scan documents into internal systems
• Support internal teams with servicing requests and email communications
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and policy data
• Deliver outstanding service and uphold company standards
• Learn insurance operations and work toward a Property & Casualty license

What You Bring:

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy
• Strong written communication and problem-solving abilities
• High level of confidentiality and self-motivation
• A team-first attitude and willingness to learn
• High school diploma (required); customer service experience preferred
• Must be in the Chicagoland area and able to work onsite once per week
