Local social services organization in search of a Senior Contract / Procurement Manager to join their team! The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in sourcing and procurement management. This company offers comprehensive benefits and room for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise procurement staff by tracking KPIs and monitoring workloads.
- Draft and oversee the preparation of all contracts.
- Work closely with departmental stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on all contracting and procurement activities, establishing benchmarks, timelines, and cost projections.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience working in sourcing and procurement
- Bachelor's degree preferred, High School Diploma required
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Managerial experience a plus
