Our client, an investment advisor, is seeking an Office Manager/Marketing Assistant to add to their NYC office. The hours are 8:30am-5pm and they are in office five days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Provide front desk coverage, greet guests, manage conference rooms, and answer/direct calls
- Oversee office operations including supply management, vendor coordination, and facilities support
- Handle catering, travel bookings, expense reporting, and billing processes for the team
- Maintain investor CRM, assist with events, and support compliance and presentation preparation
- Coordinate special projects, personal tasks for senior partners, and plan office celebrations and gifting
Qualifications:
- BA/BS required
- 2+ years of experience preferably in financial industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail, great organization, and planning
- Finance experience is a plus
Compensation/Benefits:
- $100K plus and bonus
- 100% paid benefits for UHC plan
- 401K no match
