Our client, an industry-leading real estate firm, is seeking a highly motivated Commercial Property Manager to oversee a downtown Class A property. This role is responsible for daily property operations, tenant and vendor relations, financial performance, and project management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, financially savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned commercial properties
• Lead budgeting, financial analysis, and CAM reconciliations
• Oversee vendor contracts, maintenance programs, and capital improvements
• Maintain strong tenant relationships and ensure high service standards
• Conduct regular inspections and manage compliance with codes/regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams across leasing, accounting, and marketing
• Prepare monthly financial reports and contribute to acquisition/disposition efforts

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of commercial real estate/property management experience
• 3+ years of proven experience managing teams
• Proficiency in Yardi required; Kardin experience preferred
• Strong background in budgeting, financial reporting, and lease administration
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Bachelor's or associate degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field preferred
