Our client, a non-profit health and research-based organization, is in search of a skilled Associate HR Project Manager to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. If you have a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of human resources coordination, don't miss this opportunity to make an impact in this organization!
About the Job:
- Track projects, analyze project data, and generate reports.
- Create presentations, maintain documentation, and organize files.
- Support process improvements, training programs, and employee engagement projects.
- Coordinate cross-functionally and serve as a point-of-contact across teams.
- Support the team through additional administrative or operational tasks as required.
About You:
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- 3+ years of HR coordination experience are required.
- SPHR, PHR, or SHRM certifications are a plus!
- Proficient in MS Office, project management software, and willingness to learn new systems.
Position Information:
- $32/hr-$35/hr, while temporary.
- $75k-$85k, when permanent.
- Starting ASAP!
- 2-3 days/week on-site in Washington, DC.
