A confidential global private equity firm based in Boston is seeking a Temporary Executive Assistant to support its Industrials Deal Team during a medical leave. This hybrid role is based at 800 Boylston Street with a schedule of Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and occasional overtime as needed. The position is expected to last a few weeks to a few months or more, with an hourly pay rate of $40. The firm is well-established and fast-paced, requiring a candidate who brings strong organizational skills, professionalism, and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex scheduling and meeting logistics using Microsoft Outlook
• Arrange domestic and international travel, including working with a travel agency
• Process expense reports using Concur
• Provide administrative support to multiple team members at different seniority levels
• Utilize tools such as MS Office and Slack for day-to-day communication and coordination
• Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgment in a high-pressure environment

Candidate Qualifications

• Prior experience as an Executive Assistant in private equity or a similar fast-paced industry
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Concur, and Slack
• Strong communication skills, high level of professionalism, and team-oriented mindset
• Tech-savvy with a sense of urgency and the ability to multitask effectively
