Key Points

• Serve as a strategic Talent Advisor, recruiting professionals across various business lines and locations in North America
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, conduct intake sessions, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle
• Execute sourcing strategies using social sourcing tools, AI, and market insights to attract passive talent and build a diverse pipeline
• Develop compelling job postings and pre-screening processes to ensure a high-quality candidate experience
• Maintain compliance with all employment laws and internal hiring standards while delivering consistent updates to stakeholders

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven ability to fill complex and hard-to-fill roles
• Strong command of Applicant Tracking Systems, especially Workday Recruit and Phenom CRM
• Skilled in social sourcing and employer brand projection, with an innovative and adaptable approach to recruitment
• Adept at influencing and consulting with hiring managers, challenging assumptions, and offering alternative hiring strategies
• Highly organized and communicative, with a collaborative mindset and a positive, results-driven attitude
