Our client, a biotech company located in Cambridge, is seeking a high-level Executive Assistant to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. This is a full time, onsite role that is compensating up to $48 an hour. Qualified and interested candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the CEO's interaction with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage executive leaders' schedules and calendars
  • Arrange domestic and international travel with detailed itineraries
  • Ensure smooth coordination and logistics for major company events
  • Conduct research, prioritize, and resolve issues and concerns, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature, and determine appropriate course of action
  • Participate in the preparation and proofreading of presentations and communications as assigned
  • Attend and take minutes for weekly meetings of the senior leadership
  • Serve as administrative lead in defining and managing overall office needs- liaise and coordinate with other administrative staff as needed
  • Support HR team with employee life cycle management to include booking interviews, tracking and processing on-boarding paperwork, and coordinating new hire set-up
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and other tasks to support the team as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum eight years of progressively responsible administrative experience with a minimum of two years' experience supporting C-Level executives
  • Competence in the use of the MS office suite of products to include Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
  • Efficient, independent worker with demonstrated good judgement and drive for results
  • Ability and preference for in-office work on a full-time basis
