Our client, a prominent organization based in Fort Washington, is seeking a collaborative, hands-on contract Administrative Assistant to support a dynamic production team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth operations across project coordination, billing, scheduling, and administrative support. This administrative assistant will work in a fast-paced environment while utilizing software such as Deltek, Arch Online, Concur, and Microsoft Office.
Key Points:
- Provide administrative support to a collaborative product development team
- Execute billing processes including task entry, close-out, and pre-billing adjustments using Deltek, Excel, and Arch Online
- Coordinate with team members to track project progress, manage documentation, and maintain reporting accuracy
- Assist with team scheduling, travel planning, and internal event coordination
- Monitor, update, and process work orders, fee sheet revisions, and project status reports
- Manage document creation, shipping logistics, and expense reporting.
About You:
- Hands-on experience using Deltek, and proficiency in Excel, DocuSign, and PDFs
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role
- A collaborative team player comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Skilled in learning and adapting to various software platforms
