Overview

A well-established and growing company is seeking a reliable and motivated Account Support Representative to join their team in Raleigh. This position is ideal for someone with a background in customer service, account coordination, or support who's looking for a long-term opportunity with room for growth.

You'll support a team of outside sales professionals by managing quotes, processing orders, and handling post-sale client communication. While prior experience is helpful, the company is open to training the right person.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for account and sales teams

• Prepare quotes and process incoming orders

• Communicate with clients on order status and general support needs

• Maintain accurate records using a customized CRM (Salesforce-based)

• Coordinate with internal staff and external partners to ensure timely service delivery

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles (open to various backgrounds)

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Eagerness to learn and grow within the company

• Comfortable using CRM systems and basic office software

• Dependable and team-oriented with a positive attitude
