Our client, a private equity firm, is seeking a seven-month fixed-term contract Executive Assistant. The hours are 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM and this is hybrid with four days in office, remote Fridays.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex scheduling across multiple time zones for six to seven team members
- Coordinate domestic and international travel
- Assist with onboarding of new hires and advisors
- Provide administrative and project support across portfolio-related activities
- Serve as a key liaison within the team, ensuring smooth internal communications
- Use Slack and Google Workspace tools for daily team interactions and workflow management
- Jump in on ad hoc tasks with a can-do attitude and minimal supervision
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Executive Assistant experience in corporate settings
- Experience working in fast-paced, tech-savvy, or data-driven teams preferred
- Strong calendar management and organizational skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Slack
Compensation:
- Up to $120K base DOE
- Fully covered benefits (100% paid for employee and family)
- Free lunch daily, bagels every morning, sweet treats on Thursdays
- Work from anywhere August
