Beacon Hill is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Coordinator to support daily logistics and supply chain operations for a long standing client of ours in Oklahoma City. In this role, you will work closely with the operations team to ensure the smooth coordination of shipments, inventory tracking, and client communications. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their logistics career who is eager to grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor daily inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery and compliance with client requirements.
  • Communicate with carriers, warehouses, vendors, and clients to resolve issues and keep operations on track.
  • Update and maintain logistics databases, transportation management systems (TMS), and inventory management platforms.
  • Assist in preparing shipping documentation, such as bills of lading, packing lists, and customs paperwork.
  • Track shipment progress and proactively address delays or discrepancies.
  • Generate operational reports and KPIs for internal and client-facing use.
  • Support process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and proposing practical solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service role.
  • High School Diploma is required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
