Our client, a health care company in Virginia Beach, VA, is seeking a temporary-to-hire Executive Assistant (Virginia Beach) to provide executive support to the VP and 3-4 Directors!
About the Job:
- Handle complex scheduling and calendars.
- Coordinate meetings, manage itineraries, agendas, and logistics related to meetings.
- Act as a "gatekeeper" and communicate directly and on behalf of the VP with staff and external parties.
- Research requested meetings/vendors before scheduling meetings.
- Prepare deliverables and complete additional tasks as needed.
About You:
- 4+ years of relevant high-level executive assistant experience.
- Proficient in MS Office and MS Outlook Pro is required.
- Ability to handle and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Must be proactive, have good problem-solving and research skills, and have a strong sense of the work/what they do.
About the Position:
- $26/hr-$32/hr when temporary.
- $68K-$70K if made permanent, depending on experience.
- Temporary-to-hire position.
- Hours are 8am-4:30pm.
- Hybrid in Virginia Beach, VA.
