Our client, a well-known high-end hotel in Washington, DC, is seeking a temporary to permanent luxury Spa Receptionist to provide white-glove customer service and ensure guests have an unbeatable experience!
About the Job:
- Provide top-notch customer service to all guests and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Call guests and promote the spa and other services.
- Handle guest correspondence, manage guest profiles, and respond to guest requests efficiently and promptly.
- Manage phone lines and answer questions about bookings and accommodations.
About You:
- 2+ years of experience in hotel operations, preferably at a luxury hotel.
- Highly professional with a collaborative and diplomatic mindset.
- Basic mathematics and computer skills are required.
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs and walk or stand for extended periods of time.
- Able to work on weekends, with 2 weekdays off per week.
About the Position:
- Hours are 7am-3pm.
- 100% on-site at the Washington, DC location.
- Metro accessible!
