Our client, a home healthcare organization, is seeking a temporary Receptionist to support their team in Silver Spring, MD indefinitely!
About the Job:
- Greet visitors and provide customer service.
- Answer the main phone line and direct callers to the proper destination.
- Manage files, prepare forms, and handle mail/deliveries.
- Provide additional support and complete tasks/special projects as assigned.
About You:
- Relevant receptionist and customer service experience.
- Experience managing a phone line is required.
- Personable with a drive for customer service.
- Organized with excellent communication and multitasking skills.
About the Position:
- Pays $19/hr
- Temporary indefinitely.
- Starting on Monday, 5/5.
- 100% on-site in Silver Spring, MD.
