Our client, a leading global executive search firm, is seeking a Executive Assistant in their Chicago office. This is a blended executive support and project-based role supporting a key leader in the Chicago office. The ideal candidate will have experience with executive and client services support, with impeccable communication skills. This role will require being onsite 2-3 days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a complex calendar and schedule meetings
- Manage Project Coordination by communicating with clients and creating documents
- Build confidential meeting agendas and review with executive
- Book international and domestic travel arrangements (flights, cars, hotels)
- Process and submit expense reports
- Create job status reports and work with internal database/CRM
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as an EA with projects/clients/sales support
- Executive presence and strong communication skills
- Advanced PowerPoint Skills
- Degree preferrece
