Our client, a global team of alternative investment managers, is seeking an Associate Director of Security in their NYC office. This role is a 24/7-hour job with five days in the office.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the global physical security infrastructure, including access control and CCTV systems, and manage coordination with integrators and vendors

• Lead security planning for construction projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and alignment with organizational goals

• Collaborate cross-functionally with departments to enhance security systems and protocols

• Investigate security incidents and breaches and document findings

• Remain up to date on trends and technologies in corporate security

• Develop and maintain global emergency preparedness plans, oversee crisis response, and drive firmwide physical security initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required

• Minimum of ten years of relevant experience, preferably in a corporate security environment

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting with competing priorities

• High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to manage confidential matters

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Travel required; must be available outside of standard business hours, including weekends

• HR-218 certification required

Compensation:

• Up to $150K, with bonus eligibility
