Our client, a leading global executive recruiting firm, is seeking a Project Coordinator. The hours are generally 8:30/9-5/5:30pm with light overtime after hours. They operate on a hybrid schedule of two days in the office and three days remote.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate candidate and client scheduling
- Prepare and update job status reports
- Proof documents and presentations as final review before client delivery
- Perform traditional administrative and PC support tasks
- Utilize Microsoft Word for formatting and editing documents
Qualifications:
- BA/BS is preferred
- At least 3-5+ years of experience in a support role; client facing or in professional services is desirable
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint; experience with a CRM needed
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $90K base depending on experience ; eligible for paid overtime and a discretionary bonus
