Our client, a financial investment firm, is seeking a temporary to permanent HR Generalist to support their dynamic office in Bethesda, MD!
Responsibilities:
- Handle complex employee relations and support training programs.
- Manage bonuses, review compensation requests, and ensure compensation equity.
- Develop and implement human resource policies. Ensure compliance is being maintained.
- Manage invoices for advertising, job boards, testing, and other candidate expenses.
- Support programs including open enrollment, performance management, employee relations, etc.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of HR or talent acquisition experience is required.
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- MS Office, Paylocity, and HRIS experience are required. Greenhouse experience is preferred.
- Highly professional and approachable with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong knowledge of employment and labor laws.
Position Information:
- $42/hr-$50/hr, while temporary.
- $95K-$110K, when permanent.
- Hybrid schedule with 3 days/week onsite.
- Office in Bethesda, MD; Metro accessible!
