Our client, a major sports league is seeking a Part Time Office Manager to join their team! This role is onsite in Boston, approximately 20-30 hours per week, a temporary to hire opportunity, and is paying between $22-24/hr. Interested and qualified candidates are encouraged to apply today!
Key Responsibilities
Office Management
Oversee the daily operation of the Boston front office, ensuring a clean, organized, and functional workspace.
Maintain inventory of office supplies, equipment, and kitchen provisions; coordinate timely ordering and restocking.
Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, maintenance services, and building management.
Coordinate office repairs, deliveries, and minor facilities support needs.
Implement systems and processes to ensure organizational efficiency in shared spaces and supplies.
Administrative Support
Provide scheduling and guest support to club executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
Assist with the planning and execution of internal employee events and external appointments.
Handle incoming mail, deliveries, and front-office inquiries with professionalism.
General Operations
Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires in conjunction with Executive Operations Manager, HR and IT.
Support finance and HR teams with administrative tasks.
Maintain and update contact lists, club calendars, and organizational documents.
Coordinate and support marketing logistics with merchandise and supply inventory.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in office management, executive assistance, or administrative roles (sports/entertainment industry a plus).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
