About the Job:
* Ensure compliance with various laws and company policies.
* Support recruiting, onboarding, and maintain records.
* Coordinate employee recognition programs, provide disciplinary guidance, and maintain personnel files.
* Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, calendaring, and inbox management.
* Complete additional relevant HR tasks as required.
About You:
* 3+ years of HR generalist experience are required.
* An associates degree is required; A bachelor's degree is preferred.
* Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and an HRIS system.
* Detail-oriented and organized with excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.
* Comfortable exercising discretion with confidential information and working in a fast-paced environment.
About the Position:
* $26/hr-$30/hr, depending on experience.
* Temporary starting in July and lasting through the end of September.
* 100% onsite in southeast Washington, DC.
