Our client, a professional association in Linthicum, MD, has an immediate need for a temporary to permanent Educational Program Specialist to support their team!
About the Job:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support by managing communications, calendars, travel logistics, and filing systems.
- Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements for leadership, scholars, and guest faculty while complying with policies and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Plan and execute international educational and exchange programs by supporting application processing, participant communication, and itinerary development.
- Collaborate with training centers and internal departments to promote programs and manage partnerships.
- Assist with reimbursements, wire transfers, and budget tracking.
- Collaborate broadly across the organization and assist with other duties as assigned.
About You:
- 3+ years of administrative support experience with international travel coordination is required.
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- Proficient in MS Office Products, especially Excel, is required.
- Self-starter with quick learning capabilities and a knack for creatively solving problems.
- Effective written communication, proofreading, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
About the Position:
- $27/hr-$28/hr, while temporary, DOE.
- $58k-$60k, when permanent.
- Hours are 8am-5pm.
- Hybrid with 2 days/week onsite in Linthicum, MD.
