Our client, a professional association, is searching for a temporary to permanent Travel Program Specialist to support their team, starting ASAP! If you have strong administrative experience with proven experience booking international travel, and are able to commute to Linthicum, MD, apply now!
Responsibilities:
* Maintain international schedules and coordinate international travel and visas.
* Support annual meeting and membership initiatives.
* Communicate with global societies and attend leadership meetings.
* Maintain departmental files and draft minutes as needed.
* Complete additional projects and tasks as required.
Qualifications:
* 3+ years of administrative experience with an emphasis on international travel experience is required.
* Experience with international travel booking and logistics is also required.
* A bachelor's degree is preferred; An associate's degree is required.
* Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite is required.
* Strong attentional to detail while managing a high volume of work.
Position Information:
* $27/hr-$28/hr, depending on experience
* Converts to a salary of $58k-$60k.
* Hybrid with 2-3 days/week onsite.
* Office in Linthicum, MD.
* Free parking!
* Hours are 9:00am-5:00pm
