Our client, a private equity firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant in New York, NY. The hours are 8:30am-5:00pm, with accessibility via email after hours. This is a fully in-office role, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
* Support a senior team with calendars and coordinate international and domestic travel
* Book car services and hotel accommodations
* Liaise with clients via email and in-person greetings
* Make restaurant reservations and prepare meeting agendas
* Process expense reports
* Perform light CRM/database maintenance
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree preferred
* 5-7+ years
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to adapt to changing schedules and priorities
* Experience with Amex Travel and Concur strongly preferred
Compensation/Benefits:
* Up to $110,000-$115,000 with paid overtime and annual bonus
