Our client, an investment firm, is seeking a Research Assistant to support their Business Development team in New York, NY. The hours are 8:00/8:30am-5:30/6:00pm, with flexibility to work overtime as needed. This is a fully in-office position, five days per week.
Responsibilities:
* Serve as the central point of coordination for all candidate activity across the Business Development team
* Schedule interviews, manage candidate logistics, and ensure timely follow-ups
* Maintain and update the team's calendar, flagging key meetings and priorities
* Track multiple recruiting processes and provide real-time updates to team members
* Book candidate travel and manage relationships with external recruiting vendors
* Own and maintain the CRM system to ensure accuracy of candidate and search data
* Partner closely with team members to anticipate needs and drive a seamless candidate experience
* Support ad hoc projects and contribute to team initiatives as the firm continues to grow
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree required
* Prior experience in recruiting coordination or research support preferred
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
* Confident communicator with a proactive mindset
* Experience using a CRM system is a plus
Compensation/Benefits:
* Up to $100,000-$125,000 with bonus
