Our client, an investment firm, is seeking a Receptionist for their New York, NY office. The hours are 7:30am-4:30pm, five days a week.
Responsibilities:
* Serve as the first point of contact for guests and clients, providing a professional and polished presence at the front desk
* Manage high-volume phone lines and direct calls appropriately
* Greet and check in all visitors, coordinating with internal teams as needed
* Manage conference room scheduling and prepare spaces for meetings
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
* Support daily office operations, including supply inventory and vendor coordination
* Assist with administrative tasks and ad hoc projects for the office team
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree required
* Prior experience in a corporate reception or front office support role preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Polished, professional demeanor and client-service mindset
* Highly organized and attentive to detail
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
Compensation/Benefits:
* Up to $75,000 with paid overtime and bonus
* 401(k) with match
