Our client is seeking a Human Capital Management Generalist to support and enhance the full employee lifecycle-from talent acquisition and payroll to policy development and employee engagement. The Role:

• Own full-cycle recruitment across all levels
• Advise leaders on HR best practices, compliance, and performance management
• Develop and update policies and procedures that support business and employee success
• Participate in compensation reviews and provide workforce data insights
• Support benefit programs including open enrollment, leave administration, and employee communications
• Assist with payroll audits, reconciliations, and employee compensation statements
• Coordinate compliance training (anti-harassment, bias, etc.) and identify development opportunities
• Utilize Workday to manage HRIS, reporting, payroll, and talent acquisition functions

You:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 7+ years of progressive experience in human resources
• Strong background in talent acquisition, payroll, compensation, benefits, and employee relations
• Experience working with or in highly regulated industries; financial services preferred
• Workday HCM experience strongly preferred
