Tech firm is looking to hire a Temporary Member Services Representative to join their growing team. This is a fully remote position for the entirety of the 4 + month contract. The Member Services Representative will work closely with team members and customers daily. Day to day responsibilities will be communicating with customers and executing on their requests and questions; ticketing, billing issues, booking, etc. Must have strong written/verbal communications skills, the ability to think ahead and anticipate needs, strong knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Salesforce and the ability to fully commit. Degree preferred. Schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 40 hours with an unpaid lunch break. Must have holiday availability. Hourly rate is $20/hour.
