Our client, a technologies and research company, is in search of a skilled Associate Subcontracts Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis, indefinitely. If you have a bachelor's degree and 1+ years of relevant experience, don't miss this opportunity to make an impact in this organization!
About the Job:
- Develop, negotiate, and administer low-dollar subcontracts (up to $50K), including solicitation creation and pricing analysis.
- Ensure contract compliance and audit readiness throughout the subcontract lifecycle.
- Perform price analysis, review invoices, and interpret contractual terms and conditions.
- Maintain accurate and current documentation using systems such as FUSION and CDMS+.
- Support subcontract audits and respond professionally to internal and external inquiries, escalating issues when necessary.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Support the team through additional tasks or support as required.
About You:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is required.
- 1+ years of related contract experience are required.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills with an ability to ensure timelines are met.
- Proficient in MS Office, SharePoint, CostPoint, and a willingness to learn new systems.
Position Information:
- $19/hr-$20/hr, depending on experience.
- Temporary indefinitely.
- Starting July 7th!
