About the Job:
- Ensure compliance with various laws and company policies.
- Support recruiting, onboarding, orientation, and ensure all new hire documents are complete.
- Coordinate employee recognition programs and maintain personnel files.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, calendaring, and inbox management.
- Complete additional relevant HR tasks as required.
About You:
- 5+ years of HR administrator experience are required.
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Strong MS Office Suite skills and analytical skills for data entry.
- Comfortable exercising discretion with confidential information and working in a fast-paced environment.
About the Position:
- $28/hr-$32/hr, while temporary, DOE.
- Temporary for 4-6 months with a potential to become permanent.
- Converts to a salary of $65k-$75k, if permanent.
- Hours are 8am-5pm.
- 100% onsite in Fairfax, VA.
- Free parking!
