Our client, a real-estate investment firm in Arlington, VA, is seeking a temporary Tenant Services Coordinator to join their busy team and provide support for 4 months!
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, guests, and clients and screen/forward calls to appropriate staff.
- Act as the liaison between tenants and the lobby attendant, senior property manager, and general manager for property related issues.
- Work with tenants on requests; collaborate with maintenance to ensure requests/concerns are handled.
- Process invoices, support expense budget preparation, and handle reporting.
- Assist the senior property manager with the planning/coordination of tenant events or other special projects.
- Complete additional tasks and special projects as required.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of property experience is highly desired.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Previous experience with commercial properties or professional associations is preferred.
- Excellent computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
- Possess excellent multitasking, collaboration, oral/written communication skills.
Position Information:
- $25/hr-$28/hr, DOE
- 100% onsite in Arlington, VA.
