Our client, a company focused on security solutions in Alexandria, VA, is seeking a temporary HRIS SAP Administrator to support their team in Alexandria, VA for 6-8 weeks!
About the Job:
- Collaborate across the HR team and with vendors, to improve the user experience of the HRIS.
- Monitor system performance, manage system integrations, and perform regular audits.
- Develop system documentation such as user guides and configuration settings.
- Train HR users on the system and related processes.
- Ensure data integrity and security in the system through related tasks as required.
About You:
- 5+ years of HRIS administrator experience are required.
- 2+ years of strong experience working with SAP SuccessFactors are required.
- A bachelor's degree in HR or a related field is required.
- Independent and professional with strong interpersonal skills.
- Tactful and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
About the Position:
- $40/hr-$45/hr, depending on experience.
- Temporary for 6-8 weeks with a potential for extension.
- Hybrid with 2-3 days/week onsite.
- Office located in Alexandria, VA.
- Free parking!
