Our client, a private equity firm, is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist in New York, NY. The hours are 1:00pm to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday, onsite. This is an afternoon position shared with a morning receptionist; flexibility is allowed for coordinating coverage.
Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately
* Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
* Escort visitors to conference rooms and offer refreshments
* Register guests with building security
* Coordinate with HR/Admin team on ad hoc needs
* Assist with overflow expense processing as needed
Qualifications:
* Prior administrative or front desk experience preferred
* Professional demeanor and customer service orientation
* Strong communication skills
* Comfortable sitting at the front desk and handling traditional receptionist duties
* Open to candidates with outside creative or personal pursuits
Compensation/Benefits:
* Up to $35,000-$37,000 base salary
