Our client, a real-estate investment firm in Washington, DC, is urgently seeking a temporary to permanent Assistant Property Manager to join their busy team! If you are warm and personable with 3+ years of property experience, apply now!
Responsibilities:
- Greet tenants, coordinate tenant events, and manage all aspects of tenant relations.
- Magae the day-to-day operations and oversee maintenance operations.
- Work with tenants on requests; collaborate with maintenance to ensure requests/concerns are handled.
- Process invoices, prepare the annual budget, and handle accounts receivables.
- Provide support to the leasing office, monitor vacant spaces, and ensure lease terms are adhered.
- Participate in emergency training and ensure that safety programs are in place and meet all legal requirements.
- Complete additional tasks and special projects as required.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of property and customer support experience are required.
- A bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
- Excellent computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
- Warm and personable with a knack for guest satisfaction.
- Possess excellent multitasking, collaboration, oral/written communication skills.
Position Information:
- $32/hr-$36/hr, while temporary, DOE.
- Converts to a salary of $65k-$85k, when permanent.
- Hours are 9am-5pm.
- 100% onsite in Washington, DC.
