A full-service real estate firm is seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a vibrant commercial property featuring retail shops, restaurants, offices, and event spaces. This role is centered on delivering exceptional tenant service, ensuring efficient property operations, and maintaining strong financial performance.

Responsibilities:
- Manage property finances, including budgets, CAM reconciliations, and reporting.
- Foster strong tenant and vendor relationships to ensure quality service.
- Conduct property inspections and oversee preventive maintenance.
- Lead capital projects and implement cost-saving measures.
- Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and company policies.
- Oversee lease administration, delinquencies, and renewals.
- Partner with leasing teams to support tenant retention.
- Monitor operating expenses and approve vendor invoices.
- Supervise onsite staff and vendor performance.
Requirements
- 5 or more years of commercial property management experience
- Possess an active Pennsylvania Real Estate License or willing to obtain one
- Strong knowledge of lease administration and financial reporting
- Proficiency in MS Suite applications
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
