Our client, a professional association in Arlington, VA is seeking a temporary-to-hire Member Service Representative to join their team!
About the Job:
- Process orders, maintain records, and process cancellations.
- Collect deposits and payments, and make billing arrangements.
- Follow-up with any changes in service and ensure customer issues are resolved.
- Maintain up to date vendor contact information.
- Complete additional duties as needed.
About You:
- Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred but not required.
- 1+ years of customer service experience required.
- Superb verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong skills in MS Office Suite required.
- Ability to multitask competing priorities with minimal supervision.
About the Position:
- $22/hr-$23/hr while temporary, depending on experience.
- $50k-$55k, when converted to permanent.
- Hours are 9am-5pm.
- 3 day/wees on site in Arlington, VA.
- Metro accessible office!
