Reputable insurance company in search of a receptionist to join their team on a temporary basis. Searching for an individual with prior secretarial or office-based customer service experience. This role offers weekly pay and the opportunity to gain more office experience!
Responsibilities:
- Answer and transfer incoming phone calls, directing customers to the appropriate contact
- Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with payment drop-offs
Requirements:
- Prior receptionist or office-based customer service experience
