Our client, a successful financial services firm, is seeking a Client Services Associate to join their team on a permanent placement! The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal, active listening, and problem-solving skills, coupled with a passion for assisting others.

About You:

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while handling confidential client data with a high level of accuracy and discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to review, format, and distribute client Review Summaries accurately and on time.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, including the ability to update client files, perform data entry, and make quick revisions to documents.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; required to attend daily 8:00 AM meetings and coordinate effectively with internal teams.
  • Prior administrative experience preferred; must demonstrate attention to detail, adaptability to evolving processes, and a proactive mindset toward procedural improvements.

About the Job:

  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive client data.
  • Review and format Microsoft Excel spreadsheets for accuracy; print and distribute Review Summaries to independent advisors on schedule.
  • Participate in daily 8:00 AM Client Services meetings to align on appointment schedules and ensure timely completion of review documents.
  • Update and organize client files, perform ad-hoc data entry tasks, and make real-time adjustments to Review Summaries as needed.
  • Contribute to process improvements by reviewing and recommending updates to procedures, manuals, and system enhancements.

This role presents an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is people-oriented and keen on making a difference within a reputable company. This role is 40 hours per week with required Saturdays.
