Part-time hours, contract to hire position

Monday-Friday 3pm to 7pm, and occasional Saturdays 9am-4pm

About the Role:
We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person to join the team at a busy service center that's also connected to a public gas station. This role involves a mix of administrative tasks and customer interaction - perfect for someone who's organized, friendly, and comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities. No automotive experience required - full training provided!

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Greet customers and answer incoming phone calls

  • Check in service customers and create repair orders

  • Help fuel customers at the on-site gas station when needed

  • Create repair estimates and communicate repair needs clearly

  • Order parts for approved repairs and handle any returns

  • Create purchase orders and deliver parts to technicians

  • Accept rent payments and issue receipts

  • Scan completed repair orders into the system

  • Reconcile payments for repairs, rent, gas, and A/R at end of day

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong customer service and phone skills

  • Great attention to detail and ability to multitask

  • Organized and reliable, with a team-player mindset

  • Automotive experience is a plus but not required

  • Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks
